I started The Fig Tree Group out of a passion for helping nonprofit organizations thrive, not just survive. After years of leading at The Luke Clinic in Detroit, I saw firsthand how hard it can be for leaders to carry the weight of their mission while struggling with limited resources and growing demands.
That’s why I come alongside nonprofits as a partner—offering “plug-in” support in HR, development, operations, and marketing. My goal is to give leaders the tools, structure, and breathing room they need so they can focus on what matters most: serving their communities with hope, justice, and dignity.
